Please open up a new support ticket if your app crashes. It would be extremely helpful if you include the following:

  • Name and version of the app (i.e.: MazeVR for Google Cardboard 1.1)
  • Device type (iPhone 6 Plus, etc)
  • Your phones operating system version under Settings / General / About / Version
  • Your phones available memory under Settings / General / About / Available
  • Type of headset (if using Google Cardboard)
  • Steps to reproduce (Step 1: Launch the app, Step 2: ...)
